Update

So another update finally came and it's still half-baked. Why still no numeric keypad for entering amounts during check deposits? So happy to see that Touch ID is finally supported. However, almost every time I start the app it says my session has expired and asks for my password. What good is Touch ID in your app if it's hardly ever utilized?!? I was excited for this update, and it's an improvement, but still falls way short. Too bad.

Failed negative stars

**2017*** App continues to disappoint! Doesn't work, goes down at random times. Weak **Updated Review** Only app in store that must be deleted, and reinstalled multiple times. That's what the rep said to do in order to "use the app" It's embarrassing that this app is used to check financial records, and shows the lack of competence in the CU. App is slow to login, incomplete and inoperable on most occasions. Given all the money financial institutions make, this app is yet another reason why DSFCU has lost yet more credibility with the release of this app. New login procedure is not acceptable, navigation is at best, elementary.

Personal & Business Banking Custome

Worst App on my phone. Absolutely hate it! It is by no means easy to use. No easy glance screen. You have to flip through to see everything individual. Their old app allowed you to see everything on one screen. The account history doesn't match the selected account, it displays another accounts history. I could go on but I'll save you. I'm literally ready to leave this credit union because of this app... Currently hanging in there hoping they make changes sooner rather than later.

Pretty good

This is an ok app. Touch id/pin doesn't work. I wish the acct detail showed pending transactions. It's good for taking a glance but not detailed.
