So frustrating

I’m actually considering closing the accounts. If the powers to be aren’t understanding the frustration of the customers. Then ego and arrogance is at play here. This current version is so backwards. Super heavy and burdensome! Look at these reviews!

Why during a pandemic would you update website?

My husband had an issue on his mobile device and is unable to use it. After multiple calls not going through he finally got a hold of someone who told him that he would get a call back to set up an appointment at the Lynnwood branch to get it straightened out. That was weeks ago. Here is his number 206 718-2660, his name is Jon Green he has been a member since he was 15. He is now 52. We are most likely going to end our relationship with Seattle Credit Union. We have had multiple issues with the credit union. Please make this right. Elizabeth Green

Slower and more confusing app than previous

The new app update seems slower to load. Have had glitches in it shutting down a lot when trying to make remote deposits or moving money. And it doesn’t make sense why they enlarged “current balance” instead of “available balance”— I believe more people will mistake having $ not actually in account because the bigger number is actually not the one available.

Still beta?!

I’ve been a SCU member for 15 years. This is by far the worst iteration of the mobile app. Mostly because most of my check deposits are via the app. 80% of the time the camera function fails. Have to exit out, or take the back again and then the front or take the front again and then the back will work... annoying. Love SCU. Hate the app.

Identity

The reason why I did 1 star is because every time I try to make a payment I have to get a code number to continue to the payment screen I can see once or twice but not every time I try. Fix it and maybe it would change I review

2020 version

The look is not helpful if your primary device is a phone. All of the graphics are overwhelming the screen area. The colors are too loud. The previous version was better looking. I don’t even like looking at this version on my laptop. Visually, the version is a fail. Many of the functions have been moved to their own list, so finding things is harder than before. That is not an improvement. Instead of building on what you had, this app ignores what we had learned, and forces us to find what we need all over again. Given the visual issues, that is harder than it should have been.

Core Location Framework

UIKit
The UIKit framework (UIKit.framework) provides the crucial infrastructure needed to construct and manage iOS apps.
