No Touch ID
This app is feels very outdated. It reminds me of those old webpages from the 90s. Get with the times and update your app!

No a Touch ID = garbage app
Why would any financial app not have Touch ID integration? Not good, makes this app worthless because it's a huge hassle to login/ navigate.
Also, credit card available balance looks like the balance, very confusing.
A poorly executed bare bones attempt at an app.

Online Deposits
Every time I'm going to my local on point bank there's a huge line. That's why I downloaded the app for the online deposit. I tried a dozen time to deposit a check and keeps failing.

Please update!
I joined OnPoint back in September after leaving Wells Fargo. While I'm happy with the bank and being with a credit union, but this app is horrible! I'm used to a more updated app with WF with Touch ID, not being prompted to enter passwords even if I "x" out of the app. Also, the mobile deposit is clunky and I always have to do it twice. The interface is very old. Looks like it was optimized for iOS 6 and iPhone 3GS. Please update!!!!
