Enjoy your Active Rewards with the Vitality Member app. The app allows you to access cinema tickets, Starbucks and Apple Watch rewards on the go. You’ll also be able to use the app to understand your health and get healthier with Vitality including linking your Apple Health account to earn Vitality points.

The Vitality Member app allows you to:

• Link your Apple Health and/or Apple Watch accounts and earn Vitality points for activity (iPhone 5 or later only)
• Generate cinema ticket codes
• Check the status of your Starbucks reward
• View the status of your Apple Watch reward
• Track your Vitality points and check your Vitality status
• Use the digital membership card to identify yourself with Vitality partners
• Find out how to earn Vitality points for understanding your health and getting healthier
• View all your discounts and rewards

You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.

Log in to the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, you can register on the app using your Vitality membership number.

Simply doesn't work

App will not work at least 50% of the time I try to use it- getting past the log in stage is a miracle. Least user friendly app I've used in a long time.

It's great when it works, but....

... a lot of the time it doesn't. I've only just joined and I'm having to reinstall the app everyday otherwise it just won't open. Really not good enough when it's the main way to collect your points etc.

Slow and buggy

This app is meant to read in data from "Moves" (also shockingly poor) and Apple's iWatch and update activity levels into Vitality points so you gain rewards. It rarely loads in data and mostly misses activity. Even following their instructions it doesn't connect with the iWatch. If you're a vitality member you don't have any choice but dear God it's a disgrace and they should be (but aren't) ashamed.

A joke that is not funny.

Woeful to say the least. Most of the time you cannot login to it. Had no success in linking FitBit despite fact that my FitBit account shows Vitality is an authorised application. Technical team at Vitality still looking into this. I now resort to DM on Twitter with screenshots from FitBit to get Vitality points but getting a bit fed up with this now....
