Mobile-Blu™ automatically creates a two-way high speed wireless connection between your mobile device (iPhone & iPod Touch) and your Blu-ray player, turning your mobile device into a Blu-ray remote control, while also allowing your Blu-ray player to send media directly to your mobile device! Mobile-Blu™ works over WiFi, eliminating the need for line of sight IR operation, like a traditional remote control, so you can use it from anywhere in the room. It also has a small footprint, guaranteeing consistent and reliable performance. Best of all, Mobile-Blu™ is designed to incorporate and adapt to the latest advances in Blu-ray Disc technology, so you’ll always be on the cutting edge!

With Content To Go, Mobile-Blu™ allows you to download video from the Special Features on your Mobile-Blu™ enabled Blu-ray disc directly to your mobile device! Launch the Mobile-Blu™ application on your mobile device and click on the "Content To Go" tab and you’ll be able to scroll through a list of available Special Features videos, such as extended scenes, documentaries or music videos. Then, click the "Download" icon to begin transferring the media from the disc to your mobile device. Your downloaded media will be available on your mobile device anywhere, at any time, whether you’re connected to your Blu-ray player or not!

Connecting is easy! Just insert any Mobile-Blu™ enabled Blu-ray disc into your Blu-ray player. When the disc menu appears, launch the Mobile-Blu™ application on your mobile device to complete the connection. The connection status screen indicates the current status during the connection process. Once connected, all of Mobile-Blu’s™ various features, such as the Mobile-Blu™ remote and Content To Go, will be at your fingertips, ready for you to explore and enjoy!

Doesn't work

Worthless now.

While this app may have once done cool or interesting things, it is now worthless and non-functional due to lack of continued support, like most internet interactive "features" on Blu-ray discs. You purchase the discs assuming you will always get to use these bonus features, but within a year or two the manufacturer has lost all interest in making sure they work. The websites go down, the content disappears, and the apps fail. What a waste of time.

Does not work!

I have tried using this app on every blu-ray player I have owns since 2009 and it never seems to work. Either it claims to not find a device or when it does the app crashes and you cannot download content. Absolutely worthless.

Previously was great

It previously worked great for me, but can't connect with my Sony blu-ray after the iOS 5 upgrade.

MobileBlu and Content to go is AWESOME!!!

I just got the Star Trek disc and used MobileBlu with it. It's really cool! I downloaded the "Content to Go" and it transferred really fast, looked great and was actually kinda fun. The remote is fun too. i definitely recommend this app for anyone who bought the STrek Season 2 set.
