Site is broken

Unable to sign up for parking due to a glitch on their website. The site lists that you must have Internet Explorer or Chrome and for some reason the site still doesn't work properly. We are halfway through 2017. Please get with the times, keep your site updated, and expand usability with support for different types of web browsers.

Dysfunctional

I have never hated a company that I've never encountered before so quickly after having to use your parking system I thought, oh the app might help. Not so. SP+ needs to get its systems in working order before attempting to handle parking for a municipality.

Worthless

You can't pay to park like most all other parking apps. You register for nothing more than to let them collect your information so they can send marketing emails etc to you. It's basically nothing more than a map of their parking lots. When I called the phone number for the lot I was in for assistance it rang a cellphone that was never answered and calls were never returned.

Doesn't work

Purchased my first prepaid parking through this company, but when it gave me my confirmation, the barcode page wouldn't pull up. Called customer service and they told me to try to talk to garage person. Had to bribe garage lady to let me leave. Will never use again
