The app never works

I have tried creating an account and it never works. My car and several oh my coworkers cars have been booted despite paying through the app bc the parking attendants claim it never showed up. The app crashes and never works. And apparently doesn’t even matter bc theyll still boot you car.

Parking underground requires cell service underground

This app is really poorly thought out. I pulled into a garage and discovered that they had recently converted to this app. The problem is that underground garages rarely have cell service, so I couldn’t download the app, couldn’t pay through the website, and couldn’t text to pay. Oh, and the contact feature of their website doesn’t work either.

Keeps crashing

App keeps crashing when trying to buy parking a day in advance. And it also even tells me there’s no parking spots found in the garage I’m trying to reserve even though there’s plenty of spots left.

This is a Nightmare

Between navigating the actual website and this app this parking company is a frustrating nightmare. This is coming from someone who deals with health insurance on a near day to day basis, so that that as you will. I created an account and have tried to get monthly parking only for the app to crash multiple times before I can do anything. I went onto the parking.com website and was able to buy the monthly parking there but I have no proof of purchase other than a single email. I’m unable to fully access/register my account because I have no “alias/ID or account number.” The email says I’ll get those with my first invoice... which I can access when I register. How wonderful. This is so infuriating because it feels like it would be simpler just to receive a confirmation mail with the account number to complete the registration. On top of that asking for help from support is basically non-existent. I could scream into the void of space and have more hope that someone will answer me back.

A glitch in the App

There was a Glitch in the App today that when paying for parking in the Shoe Lot on 1222 Spruce Street over a span of 8 hours or more the total was $25.00 and I hope that’s not really the new total or something

Never Works

I've had this app for a while and I have never got it to work. It continually displays N/A whenever I put it a timeframe. I'd like to get customer support but the app crashes and shuts off everyone I have tried to hit the support button in the app.
