Dont waste your money

I am a owner of a flooring company and wanted an app to measure a house when I dont have pencil and paper. This app is not accurate and is a total waste of money. It says that is will allow you to find dseam locations but it doesnt. It is not accurate.

Cuter

Sorry does not work. You do not really believe that a 13x13 room actually takes a 12x26 ft carpet do you? It is cute. It has promise you just need to know how to figure yardage.

Not good, as it could be!

I should have read the reviews before, I paid $1.99. I put the room measurements in and I only needed a 6 inch seam by 20. Could have done it with a 5 footer at the most. They wanted me to do it in one piece at $7.00 dollars a yard about $150.00 bucks more then it should have been. Redo the app get it right.

Carpet Estimator

Too basic. Fill pieces are not efficiently figured. They are overestimated, and not cost effective. Carpet lengths are too restrictive.

doesn't do what it promises

this application works well in giving you the square yardage for specific measurements. it does NOT tell you what to do with your overage, so really, you can do the same calculations on your iphone calculator.

Needs work.

This app would be awesome if you could input all wall measurements. It only allows one and you have to slide a pre-selected room shape around to get as close as you can on all other measurements. Sounds easy but try doing precise measurements on an iPhones small screen. Not to mention the rooms shapes are too few. It's better than the others but still not efficient enough for everyday use.
