The Nielsen Mobile Panel is your opportunity to be a part of the research we do here at Nielsen. This panel helps us understand how consumers use the Internet and mobile devices by studying the websites and apps people like you visit. By installing our app either on your smartphone or tablet, you are contributing to the measurement of the digital landscape and are eligible to earn rewards.

Before downloading our Nielsen Mobile App you must first sign up using our registration form, which can be found at https://computermobilepanel.nielsen.com for the United States and https://mobilepanel2.nielsen.com for Australia, Germany, Italy, and Japan. Completing this qualifies your devices and indicates your permission for us to collect demographic information such as age, gender and household information, which is a prerequisite for participating in our panel. Once submitted, please download this application to your smartphone or tablet. (If you have not completed our registration form, this app will not function and you will not receive rewards).

With your help, Nielsen and our clients will better understand mobile device trends such as app usage, website visits, and how much time is spent viewing content. In addition, the App collects and transmits encrypted user data back to Nielsen, such as your location, device identifiers and cellular signal information for research purposes. We do NOT collect user IDs or passwords. Your mobile activity will be anonymized and aggregated along with thousands of other participating panelists before any reports are shared.

Da un sacco di problemi su iPhone, blocca la navigazione su alcuni siti non ti ci va proprio, collegato col Wi-Fi di casa non se ne parla proprio di navigare , molto ma molto da lavorarci

Not Compatible With All Carriers

There really should be a caution about not downloading this app unless you are with the specific carriers this app works with. I have Xfinity and since it uses Verizon I chose Verizon and had a nightmare of a time after losing my cellular data connection to Xfinity. Xfinity had no idea what was going on and it was only after I did a Google search that I found out how to restore my phone with Xfinity. If you have experienced the same thing go into Settings>General>Profiles and remove Nielsen. I have nothing against the app as I was never able to utilize it. As I stated I just wish there was a warning sign.

Pessima

Ti chiedono mille cose per registrarti e per connetterti con tutti i dispositivi e con la rete mobile e Wi-Fi. Poi una volta finita la registrazione ed esseri fatti alla grande i c*#+^* miei, non riconosce più i miei dati. Chiedo supporto per recuperarli via mail ma non mi invia nulla. Ti prendono i dati e spariscono e non riesco nemmeno ad annullare la registrazione. Devo pensare che sia una cosa poco seria? Disinstallata subito.

Can’t even register - Utter garbage

So I had downloaded this app or it’s equivalent years ago. Free money just to share data I don’t care about?? Heck yeah! Years ago it turned my phone into utter rubbish. Everything slowed down so much I deleted it within an hour. So I figured maybe it’s improved as it came recommended again. So I download it again and can’t remember how I logged in. No big deal I can make a new account.... except there isn’t a sign up option. Ummm... ok... so how do I sign up? So I click around on what few options there are and I can report issues or go to their website and that’s it. So I go to their website... Except I can’t find a way to sign up there either! A while FAQ about the program including information on registering but no actual way to register. What elementary school dropout approved this???

Do not get

Downloaded and after i set it up it made my phone really slow. I uninstalled but since then my wi fi and phone has been playing up, its messed up my security cameras. I think even though its deleted its still running. Avoid it messes up your systems

Lame Carrier Support

The Mobile Rewards (for Apple phones at least) seems to only support AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint! Really stupid. I have a brand new iphone SE, the 2nd gen/2020 (and i still have a 5C, 5S’s, and 1st gen SE’s), but i use Straight Talk/TFW. I previously had Sprint, so now it makes sense why the Mobile Rewards stopped working for me a few years ago. 😒🙄 The ‘major’ carriers are too expensive, and don’t work any better than the cheaper stuff (i live in a rural area). I’m part of a few other research panels, and none of those care about Who provides your phone service, only about your Device/Data Usage!! I have a ~10 year old laptop for the Nielsen ‘Computer’ rewards and that’s fine.. Just doesnt make sense to me. —— Oh, and i Joined this crap in 2016. All you get for a ‘connected computer’ is Sweepstakes entries. I still have old emails where i contacted “Customer Support” and it Sucked back then too! (My issue was NEVER Resolved. My rewards most likely stopped working when i switched carriers, and that was never asked..) Seems the ‘Support’ hasnt improved much after reading the recent reviews.
