Change The Way Mobile Deposit Works!!!

I really liked the ease of the app before they redid the way mobile deposit works. It used to be that you took your own picture of a signed check, but now the app does it for you. For months I deposited checks on the app by taking my own pictures of the checks and it worked out fine. Now with the app taking them for you it tells me there's an error loading the page, and other things that I never encountered before. I'd like to be able to deposit checks the way I used to. There's a glitch with the way it's done now.

Such a bad app

Finally an update for Touch ID! But I still don't get why you have to click sign-on by verifying the username first??? What a useless step. Why can't the Touch ID be the first option??!! If you want to check another account then you can press cancel.. and proceed to entering another U/N but on a mobile device which is personal you're the only one using the app!!!! Make Touch ID the first step which directly logs into your account. Also speed up log in times, the app checks your data connection every time which adds about 10 secs of load- why does it have to check how I am connected.. I even filled our surveys the bank wants you to do about your experience with them and none of the reviews are ever addressed or fixed. This app hasn't changed one bit for over 2 years.

Please add external transfers🙏🏼

Hoping they add the ability to make external transfers to make payments on my loan. Currently I'm only able to do this on there website.

Login process is clunky but everything else is great.

Login process could be better but everything else works great. I was asked on a survey last year what I most wanted and I said photo check deposits in the app and now that's available too.

Horrible - use Safari instead

Worst app ever. If there was a no star option, I would select it. It has an option to "remember you" but it never will. They should use finger print ID or a verification PIN, something to make it easy to log on and see information. There's very little information available. Overall navigation between various menus is either bad, or some pages won't even allow you to navigate back. It would be great if they made an app like other banks.
