1 star is generous. the app is terrible, but the website is also terrible. considering switching banks because i can never log in to see my account.

HORRIBLY BEHIND THE TIMES

Metro banking is so far behind! First - Improve your mobile deposits. Second - when I make a cash deposit via an ATM machine IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE SAME DAY. Third -what's with the old fashioned envelopes?!! ATMs take direct cash these day! Lastly - When I make a mobile deposit the App doesn't even reflect the deposit immediately!! Metro caters to old fashioned people who are afraid of mobile banking and still cash checks inside a branch. Get with the times and cater to the MAJORITY of your technologically Savvy customers! 😡

Metro CU this is quickly becoming...😩😡😑

Updated 12/11/16: Metro this app is draining my positive opinion regarding the overall banking experience you offer. As one of your customers that banks primarily through OLB, I find it frustrating that this is the weakest link in the banks chain and it is quickly becoming a motivating factor to switch Banks. I love Metro and have been with your bank for many years. It takes forever for Metro to adopt newer technologies, this is something I have grown use to deal with. With that I was extremely excited that the Metro app now has Touch ID, however after a short week I have experienced constant issues, from not being identified, needing to Reset my password to simply not being able to access the app. Thank goodness for text banking however this is not the most seamless or dependable method to staying up to date with your finances. Please patch this issue as I am trying to stay with Metro but other banks are starting to feel more dependable.

😉👍Touch ID is here!

The Touch ID feature has been added, and it's running smoothly on my iPhone 7 plus. Go to the "more" tab located at the bottom, far right side of the screen and tap Touch ID to activate. After activating Touch ID, I forced closed and relaunched the app several times to test for any bugs or inconsistencies but so far so good. Now I have quick access to my account and if I want even quicker access I use the Quick View feature and get a instant view of my account balance. This app is getting better and better, so of course I'm confident they will add Apple Pay to the list of improvements they have made.

Launch Services

Core Location Framework
