Isn’t ready to help Passenger
It tries to transfer the responsibility to passengers themselves. If flight is canceled by different reasons, they aren’t ready to help passengers to manage the situation. Even they don’t have updated flight information. I recommend to book through airlines not through agents like Cheapoair. If I booked through airline
