Please fix the app!!!

I have been using this app for years and love it EXCEPT the times when I try and open it to check my bets during the day and get the BLANK BLUE SCREEN!!!!! Then I either have to reboot my phone or delete and reinstall the app- ugh. Thought it was a phone issue but I just upgraded to the latest iPhone and the problem is still here.

Garbage App

Wouldn’t take my bet after taking my deposit. Customer service was useless. I set up two account to trade options without any problems, but trying to bet horses is harder to do I guess. I went with their competitor.

Don’t Bother

I downloaded this app to that on the Kentucky derby when I entered in all of my information it said I needed to submit an ID and it would take 24 to 48 hours to process if I would’ve known this I would’ve download the app sooner because today the day of me downloading the app is when I have to place my bets. Tried contacting their “customer service“ sat on a chat for hours waiting for someone to join no one ever did so I just said screw it.

Horrible customer service

No one should ever have to wait over 15 minutes to get some kind of human support. Especially when it’s their own system error recognizing a deposit.

DO NOT USE!!!!

I signed up for app and deposited $100. App kicked me out and won’t let me back in and now I’ve been waiting on messenger for one hour to only get a virtual assistant then an apology for a delay then kicked off then sent back to virtual. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced give me my hundred dollars back
