Can’t filter by doctor specialty

The app advertises doctors that are not related nor qualified to rhe problem and won’t let filter for the specific provider skills required. Also no way to sort for earliest appointments in the app

Zocdoc is Not letting bad reviews to be posted. I called and they mentioned what I can and cannot say. they asked to remove all mentioning of doctor being bad. Tried editing it 3 times and still not posted. Be aware of all good reviews

Better than my health insurance app

Easier than finding a healthcare provider through my insurance AND I can book an appointment without leaving zocodoc’s app?? Sold. So easy, up to date, and useful! Thanks!

Waste of time

Literally the worst app ever created. Zocdoc doesn’t filter insurances. You plug your insurance in and they give you a list of in-network doctors but NONE of the doctors are actually in network. I was given a list, I booked the appointment, a day later I was contacted and told my appointment was cancelled because that doctor didn’t accept my insurance. Someone from zocdoc reached out and assured me that it was just a one time hiccup. They gave me another list and I made another appointment only for the SAME THING TO HAPPEN. You’re better off just calling your insurance and getting a list from them because zocdoc will waste your time and piss you off.

So easy

This app had more accurate information than the Aetna portal. You’d think my provider could tell me which docs are in network but I guess it take a third party company 🤷🏻‍♀️. It was so easy I booked 2 appointments in 2 weeks. Also being able to read doctor reviews is great.

Great updates to the app

I hadn’t used the app since before the pandemic. Seems like there have been a few updates to make it even better. The scanning card function to upload your insurance card works great, pulled information accurately. Works well, just booked, like, five appointments.
