Won’t let me log in ever,no matter how many times it says to reset password,I’m over this app seriously

Very great app if you want to make a good side hustle!!!!

I signed up for about a weeks worth of work. My first two jobs was a no deal. Two days in a row, one location was closed and the other, the requester said Wonolo posted the wrong address. For my third job, when I received the text asking to confirm the job with yes or no , l responded by asking, “would some one actually be at the location and is it open?” I was then sent an automated text stating that the job will be withdrawn although that’s not what I asked. I was then under the impression the job was canceled/withdrawn. The next morning I went to see if there was other jobs available and there it was the job was still active and stating to start. By that time It was well past the start time. I then received a notification that I was a no show. All of my jobs were canceled and I received three breech points. Wonolo’s automated system has caused me future jobs. There is no WONOLO support that u can call. Only email.... or requestor. UPDATE: Customer service rep. contacted me about my concern. I was told to complete the 2nd chance and pass with a 100 percent in which I did Although there was a “glitch” in Wonololo’s automated system. He responded that my account should be reinstated in which it was. I text Rikki 30 min later in which he did not respond and as we stand over 24 hours later I still have permanent restricted access due to WONOLOS glitched Automated texting system. ...... Do not put all ur eggs in one basket & always keep a back up source of income is my best advice to all Wonololers. Thanks for providing me with an opportunity. Update 1/26- 1/25 My account was reinstated and I have successfully picked up more jobs. Thank you Wonolo for taking the time to fix the issues. It’s imperative to give transparent & constructive feed back as it will help improve the quality and service of the App. Thank you again for the countless opportunities! Update 4/19/21 hello! Thank you so much for all of the great job opportunities. I just wanted to say that I have been having a “glitch” with the app. It keeps saying that I have no internet connection when I do on every other app or web but Wonolo app....I can not login to start the job although I was on time and currently here. I have tried deleting and reinstating the app but still doesn’t work. What should I do as I was scheduled for the next four days with this job.

This is a great app. The opportunity is there for someone who is self motivated and wants to work. I love it!

This a great app for work In Atlanta so far. But the Two Times issues come up like either your phone could die. Or you not in cell range to check in. You can either be canceled as a no show. Then be removed and then have to write them an email you cannot call these people. Wait for a response and then prove to them you were there. Then wait to be hope this doesn’t happen on weekend. Once this happened I waited 7 whole days for one shift I worked. As of April 3rd it’s been two weeks since I worked March 20th six Flags job. and still haven’t paid I went back and worked another shift got paid for one and took a picture and emailed to them and told the requester to let them know. and they still haven’t paid me for that day I worked. My Rent is weekly. So imagine if you was in a situation expecting them to pay you. They are good but resolving your pay issues on time you better have another thing to fall on.

Should be able to use cash app to accept payments
