App does not work

Tried to place an order through the app and it said to call the store. I called the store and the employee said I have to use the app. Explained app doesn’t work so they said I had to physically go to the store to order. Fix the app please!

Unmarked Charges

This app is very untruthful, they charge up to $5 more than should you actually go in the place to make your order. I’ve checked this several times, and for some reason when I order the EXACT same thing in the same way via the app as I do in the restaurant, the restaurant is always cheaper. Depending on your order the “extra” with be either a little more or a significant amount more. And it’s not tax, I’ve checked.

The app is still broken

When it try to login with my WingStop account, it says that my email address is not a valid email address. I have sent another round to emails and used their stupid “contact us” form… still no answer… still ignored… it’s been over 6 months.

An update would be nice.

No refunds

Ordered 3 combos and only 2 of them came with the chicken and fries but no drinks and the other combo was chicken tinders, fries and drink but only the fries came it was like $50 screw this app no refunds weird
