Fantastic app

As a first time user, I found the mobile app to be extremely quick and easy to use. I will be using the mobile app for all of my transactions.

New keyboard feature disables native predictive text

The new keyboard has bugs that have effected my native keyboard and make it difficult to type (ex. disabled predictive text). There doesn't seem to be a way to fully disable the keyboard functionality as it keeps prompting me to add it while using the keyboard even though I removed full access. I had to delete the app.

Westpac银行的手机网银功能比较强大！使用过的澳洲手机银行最好的一家手机银行！方便！实用！但也有不足！由于澳洲华人越来越多，如果手机银行界面能改成中英文对照的（技术上完全可以做到），相信其会形成巨大的竞争力！会争取到澳洲的大部分华人客户！加油！

Absolute mess-total own goal.

What an unmitigated mess. What should be a simple fast process to let a customer quickly and easily perform their banking has been obscured behind multiple screens, panels and marketing messages. Add to this multiple sign ins and long wait times and you have a case study in how not to make life easier for a customer. This plus no Apple Pay means I'm walking away from Westpac.

God damn.

Ive been using this app across multiple devices and operating systems for over 3 years. It has always been unreliable and has always had issues. But only now am I getting to the point where I would prefer not to use it. It is actually starting to mix up numbers and accounts when transferring between accounts. You would think that a big company such as Westpac would have the man power and know-how to build a decent app, or update the damn thing so it works properly and reliably.
