Great app. Love the rewards

I keep improving every sequence. The rewards are awesome. It is a good gamification to get steps and earn points to for self care. Why can’t I use “Lose it?” I do not like “My fitness Pal.” It is so much more difficult.

No ggoole fit support for ios

I downloaded the app and tried to connect Google fit to virgin pulse via devices and app but unfortunately Google fit doesn’t list out in the app.

Only if I had a choice...

...J would not be using this app. I am forced to use it to get my company-sponsored cash reward. Very poor interface between wearables and the app. Lot manual input. Requires printing to get info filled by your physician. Features on lap/desktops way more and required to access features. Navigation is not at all instinctive. I am confused why so many 4-5star ratings. But I will give Customerservice 4/5 star rating.

Frustrated user

My wife and I are required by our insurance company to get a certain number of points per year, using this app. I have had nothing but trouble using it. The support people try to be helpful but so far they haven’t been able to solve my problem. I would forget it except we are we required to use it. My IPhone tracks everything perfectly. I don’t know what is wrong with this app.

App is good

App is good but they do not honor preventative activity. I have faxed it in and emailed support with document weeks ago and still not reimbursed. A little ridiculous at this point.
