It worked ok...

Then it completely stopped. For the last few days it hasn't worked. It won't let me log on, so I've had to go to the website.

Ability to deposit would be nice.

Updated to add further problems: 10/2016- the system is not doing math. Balance does not reflect listed withdrawals. Fixed after two days 11/2016- unable to transfer funds from account to account. I've been using the old WFCU app without a problem. Tried the new app today only to find out that I can't make an eDeposit as there's an error about split screens when trying to take a photo of check. No way out of that message. Deleted and reinstalled- no go. First tech support person said I hadn't allowed the app access to my camera. Weird, it never asked that question. Looked and the settings were actually fine. Second customer service person was clueless and said they'd get back to me in one business day. Payday Friday, call back Monday, closest actual credit union is an hour away. Awesome. :/ UPDATE: I have an iPhone 6. If you are having this same problem, change the display in settings to standard. You can not be in zoom mode to make a deposit through this app.

An improvement over the previous app but awful in new ways

Unlike the previous app, no complete reboot of transactions when there are picture errors. But it crashes when you try to retake pictures or just for no reason. In theory this should be a lot better than the old app, but the image recognition is poor. The crashing is bad. (3 crashes for 5 checks). Lots of extra work for a simple transaction. I deposit a lot of checks. They have traded the clunkiness of the first app for inefficiency and aggravation. C'mon guys! We want you to be successful. Please fix the problems.

Error

Can't find my check work fine on the old version now I have to pay cant find my check return fees. I know my pay check aways work worst new apps ever so now I have to pay 25 buck fees unable to find my paycheck I want the old version back of Western FCU apps crap I'm gonna be screwed it a apps fault not my!!!😡😡😡
