Ufone is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited. Following PTCL's privatization, Ufone became a part of the Etisalat group in 2006. The company commenced its operations on January 29, 2001. It was the third mobile operator to enter Pakistani market. Ufone is among the largest 3G mobile service providers and one of the largest mobile services in terms of a subscriber base of over 24 million. It has a market share of 18% among mobile operators. In the Pakistani telecom industry, Ufone is renowned for an aggressive and humorous marketing approach that sets it apart from its competitors. In fact, Ufone is one of the few brands in Pakistan that have successfully implemented a strong integrated marketing approach centered on humour and translated it into results. The company built up a reputation for innovative implementation of telecom technologies in its early days and has, over time, built up a portfolio of value added services that have outgrown communication; instead, catering to all sorts of customer needs from education to entertainment. Handy app but with bugs

Updated: '301-CNIC already registered' still persists!! Can't make payments via debit/credit cards because of this error. Anyone care to fix this? It's been months!

App Stucked at intro pages

Installed app Opened it Slided the pages, But app still stucked on the first 4/5 pages which are for introduction. Major bug. Reinsalling was even not helpful. Uninstalled. It was of no use. Iphone 6s, I.O.S 10.3

Misrepresentation.

Not even a single feature regarding the availability of viewing our correct bill or paying it off is present. And the functions are yet to be available. Such a time wastage to download this app

Thank u Ufone

This is an amazing app which gives me control on what i have subscribed and what i have spent. With the recent expiry detail and purchase of super card life has become more easy Looking forward for future updates to make life more easy. There are many things that we dont even use or know about. I just told my friends about it and they r amazed that ufone is missing out on social media where even if someone goes to try a juice they will update a status. Think on that ufone
