Really really great but...

It’s such a good app and helped me get into reading again! Love it and the point system/deals. I will say however this book is mostly better if ur getting old books. Anything new I’d just buy it new on Amazon or different websites since it’s wayyyy more expensive on this app then getting it elsewhere 💗

Book banning

They have removed titles off of my wish list, and books that I could easily find a year ago, they act like the book doesn’t exist! I came to this company because Amazon was doing this also, but now that ThriftBooks is doing it, guess I will have to go elsewhere!

LOVE but... recommend and warn!

It’s my favorite shopping site, and I’d love to give them 5 but I can’t, it’s worth any headaches and I still recommend it to EVERYONE. For the deals I’m getting I don’t like to complain, so take this with a grain of salt (I mean every word of annoyance, but still support and appreciate the company) My most recent escapade: I shipped to the wrong address. IF YOU DO THIS CANCEL THE ORDER. Literally. Forget the books. Cancel. Apparently even if it’s only been literal minutes since you ordered. Reorder if necessary. Do not try to have them fix it. Repeat: DO NOT. LET THEM. try. TO FIX IT. They are not an Etsy business who can do it seamlessly, or even close to it. I told them to switch from address A to B... so they combined numbers and name of the two listed addresses: making up their own. So I messaged them immediately asking them if it was a type-o or if they somehow did this, it was not replied to. I tried not to annoy them about it, until I got new shipping confirmations days later, which then I again notified them of the address they made up. I finally opened a new case since it’s been a week and they’ve all been returned to sender. TB (again) asked me to update my address and said I will now have to wait since I didn’t update the address before shipping. I’ve asked them if they can see the 2 emails that were sent to them before the new shipping labels were printed (because I can see them in the thread, and I like to be given credit when due, and I told them at least twice before shipping labels were created: once that I made a mistake, and once that they did). I decided to come here and spread the good/bad words because I’m getting nowhere with them. It’s basically an copy/paste message of what the first girl said——— if not just a computer (which I am strongly starting to assume after this interaction, since they made an address switch that only a very sleepy or completely illiterate human would make). So yeah. Forget the books, and just cancel the order, but definitely order.
