Will not use again

Doctor didn't provide information I needed for an insurance claim. Was charged six times my copay. Telehealth customer support via email said they couldn't do anything about it and no one picks up the phone. Luckily I went in person to a different Jefferson department and they actually helped me get the code which was actually available. They're just too lazy to look into it because they already made their money. Will not use again. Also app will not remember my fingerprint for log in. No other app does this that I have. Should be simple to access this app especially when users are sick.

Great!

I’ve already used this app a few times this year and the doctors are so helpful each time. This has been a game-changer during Covid and makes me feel so much safer than visiting a doctor’s office and risking virus exposure.

Highly recommended

App works well with no problems thus far. I’ve been using it for a few months while covid has been in full swing. The TeleDoc portion of this app works works great and has minimal wait times. You can view all of your past visits and look at your doctor notes. Downloading the my chart app is very helpful to view all of your test results from bloodwork or procedures done In the past.
