You’re ready and waiting to eat, we’ve all been there. Here’s what we do: first choose between delivery and Pick-Up to fit food ordering seamlessly into your schedule. Pick-up is simple -- you make your order and then collect your food from the restaurant once it’s ready. No more queuing, ever (our app is magic). If you choose delivery, our couriers will bring tasty food right to your door.

HOW IT WORKS

First, enter your address (apartment/ office/ treehouse). Then, choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier head over to you. If you need something to watch, you can track your rider in real-time.

Ikke kjøp via Foodora!!!!

Bestilte mat to ganger på en dag, begge to gangene maten var uspiselig. Kontaktet restauranten, de beklaget mye men ba oss å kontakte Foodora da vi hadde bestilt via foodora. Sende klage, etter en uke fikk jeg i svar at de kan gi meg 100,-kr som kompensasjon som er gyldig i 30 dager!!! For en useriøs og tullete firma de driver. Man skal ikke betale for mat man ikke har spist og har gått rett i søppel kasse. Selve restauranten hadde akseptert å refundere dersom vi hadde kjøpt direkte hos de, men det er håpløs og få 100,-kr som kompensasjon som man skal bruke innen 30 dager for uspiselig mat og svar etter en ukes tid . IKKE BRUK FOODORA!!!!

Unreliable delivery times

Used a few times..... not impressed Without fail the Delivery time kept increasing after ordering. Worst delivery more then an hour late with an original delivery time of 30 minutes. Customer service non existent, No replies to comments or queries Needless to say account deleted

Not to great

Seems to allow users to order food fromRestaurants which are about to close. When the restaurant immediately cancels the order, it then takes several days for the funds to be refunded. This does not strike me as a sensible state of affairs.
