As a daily user of the app, I love the ability to immediately see all updates by Category with new or sold merchandise. As a daily user, I am dismayed by the lack of consistency for naming conventions and incorrect identification of items. From today: a LV key holder listed as a “Coated Canvas Pouch”. Nope. What I really like is the clothing item measurements and material content. What misses the mark: missing content tags allow the app to accept information like, “feels like wool”. That is absolutely wrong - content directly linked to maintenance and cleaning requirements is required. State, “unknown” so customers know they are without the information. If a company can assess the liters of water and carbon neutralization stats by resale, a company can work with those high end brands to exchange other meta data information. Anyone else want to purchase a non-returnable item with no data on how to best maintain items for your wardrobe and potential resale? The application is good, please take it to the next level. 1. Users will do the work for you: Start with one piece of functionality and evaluate the results. Allow users to report one piece of information like, “Picture does not match description”. Manual review and update to start will give way to better input quality. 2. Standards, standards, standards. Determine if the label is “Gown” or “Evening Gown”. 3. Pictures of bags, accessories, wallets, etc. I feel very strongly about looking at the interior image and seeing something other than a completely black void. I have no information except what the entered information about the item. “Moderate stain” is not valuable to the buyer unless the buyer can see the associated representation of the image. 4. How important are high-end serial numbers and strings? I know TRR provides authentic items. But I am a geek and I want to have that as part of the description. I like knowing an item’s provenance - was this LV made in France or Spain? I know it is real - please don’t use one of few images to show me the poor picture of the data. Place that in the details and show me the image of “scuffing at corners”. TRR has established the items are authentic. The brand is well known for authentication measures and transparency. Move away from basics that are now brand staples and evolve my view of an item to further strengthen and reaffirm brand principles. Overall, the app is not glitchy. Results are consistent across mobile devices like iPad and iPhone. Solid props to the developers managing the fast pace of addition and removal of items. Other great features include “hide sold items”, and “items with tags”. Two major help items. I come to the app for both “window shopping” and targeted missions to find “Pink Chanel polarized sunglasses.” Both purposes are met with the app’s return results to the user.

Love getting good deals on designer items. Have had several experiences of receiving fake when I thought the site was trusting. TRR’s authentication process relieves the worry of getting fake for real. Unbelievably varied selection and great prices, even sales make TRR the best shopping site.

I like buying stuff here, but those ridiculous 20minute holds need to stop. Items need to go to whoever actually wants to pay for it on the spot, not someone who keeps things on hold for repeatedly for two hours and doesn’t buy it.

Attempted to sell a beautiful mansur gavriel bag that I purchased secondhand for nearly $200. Although the staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond, I spoke to 2 to 3 different reps for my entire experience and got so many emails and inquiries that it got a tad annoying. I was also confused because I thought that once I shipped my item I’d get a quote and be given the ability to reject or accept it. My fault for not getting clarification; I lost so much money in that I only received $60 for the bag. I should’ve just kept it to sell elsewhere. Very disappointing and will probably use the site or app to shop/buy instead.

This has been my go to site for years. I've been a loyal customer since 2014. I love how easy it is to shop, that each item is certified to be designer, they have drop off authenticators in most major cities, and how you can customize your sizes and always apply them to your queries. Now they even have Afterpay! The only thing I wish they would add is a way to sort by condition of the product. Other than that, I'm in love and will continue to find my designer deals on the real real.
