Neat App

This is suppose to be the new version. However it is impossible to try it out since the company is not able to set up the account the right way. Two days into this and the problem still has not been resolved. Stay away is my recommendation, they have no customer service or phone number for you to call... I should have listened to the other reviews.

Absolute worst

Neatcloud is so useless that I actually would go out of my way to write a review on it. Nothing works correctly. App can't find a destination folder to save to. When I choose one, the app crashes. When it randomly works, which is rare, it doesn't last long and takes forever to navigate. Neat is so overfocused on its branding and fails to deliver on its core technology. So disappointing.

....and nothing

Purchased the lowest level cloud storage called Essential. Didn't work because I couldn't see my scans from my desktop on the app. So I've upgraded to the premium package. I still can't see any of my scans from my desktop on the app. Very disappointing since it's over 100 bucks a year for pictures that you can't see on the app. I mean, isn't that the whole point? If there was a way to give the Neat app less than one star...I would.

It will not scan or take pictures

The privacy setting has to be on however the neat must request access before it will show up. Unfortunately you can't speak to anyone unless you pay extra. This has been a bad experience with my neat device. It may work for some but not me. Please help neat if you care to read your reviews and respond. The software keeps saying corrupt and won't even download on the computer.

Needs to be updated!!!

This app has so many issues that it's sad. I don't even have time to explain everything that's wrong. The last update was in Sept 2016. I guess the app developers don't read the reviews because if they did they would be highly upset. Fix it.

Worst execution of software I've seen.

This is a great idea, it would be even better if it actually worked. Changing the document type is an exorcize in frustration. Equally frustrating is getting the document to scan into the right folder. In fact there are so many issues I don't have time to write them all out, just now that if this was not a company mandate to use it, I would have got rid of it the first time I tried it. Save your self some frustration and look elsewhere.
