Works as it says it will! I use StandUp! to remind me to get up every 40 minutes and StepJockey tracks my activity! Great app.

An amazing addition to work life

We recently started using the new version of StepJockey app at work and oh my, who knew exercise could be so fun or that the stairs can make such a difference! I'm getting all my colleagues on board to climb virtual Mount Everest with me! :)

Work suggested does not link to health requires constant data upload only 21 calories over 15,000 steps so deleted

Only been using StepJockey for a week and have noticed a difference in my legs already! For years I have been paying for a gym membership, I would never have thought that I had a gym at work?
