The worst app I’ve ever downloaded

This app is so horribly full of bugs they really should even bother having an app. If you download the Staples app thinking it will make your life easier, I hope you enjoy watching a spinning wheel followed by the app closing.

App could improve but great customer service

Whereas Staples app could improve to be a bit user friendly in the How to Return department, I have to say they have shown themselves to be heads above the rest in making an online return easy. I got very frustrated when I couldn’t find return instructions on the app but as soon as I contacted them they emailed me a Return Label with complete instructions and means to contact UPS to pickup. It was the easiest return I’ve ever done. For that, I’m giving five stars. Thank you Staples.

staples has great deals but i always have issues with payments and items that are out of stock but won’t send the alert until you try to check out, gets really annoying

Can’t change password

Even though I tried to purchase chairs on my staples account, it wouldn’t accept my password and I couldn’t change it . Therefore I had to checkout as a guest. No points for me!!!

Broken App

Every time I try to open the app, it just shows a blank white screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache, etc. And nothing works. The app just won’t even open long enough for me to sign into an account let alone make a purchase.
