Not Enterprise Quality
1. Documentation not clear, concise, and complete
2. No help text customized for the user's available features and configurations
3. No way for user to query which features/configurations are enabled or available.
4. If my Bluetooth headset is on, the SPOK pager alert is only played on the Bluetooth. I should have the following options:
A. Bluetooth only
B. iPhone only
C. Both
And also:
A. Sound only
B. Vibrate only
C. Both
No way to edit phone number for call back. For example: message contains phone with one digit in error. There is no way to copy, edit, paste and dial corrected number.
5. iPhone notification badge is always "1", even though I have no messages or alerts.

I have been so pleased with this app. No more pager! Using for 2 years so far.

Nice to not need a pager, annoying tones
This application allows the hospital to page me without carrying a pager and include text messages. There is no way to answer other than by phone, however.
I have to sign in almost every time, usually with my fingerprint.
The notification tones range from awful to painful with no way to adjust the volume. They invite cursing. Just like the awful pagers, this will wake you up with a shock. Nothing ever changes with each subsequent version.
