No Bueno

How can anyone give this even a 1 star?? You cannot even search for videos! So I'm looking to see if John Doe completed his video...there's no way of telling. You have to scroll through 1000's of videos looking for his name.

Zero stars. Unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible experience through every part of process-- website doesn't work even after trying all of their advice and on multiple computers, ap takes hours to upload interview videos, "live support" is NOT live, it's email. Employers please do not use this site.

Awful

What a horrible first impression from an employer. "We don't want to pay for you to have a real interaction with a human, so we are going to force you into a video essay." No opportunity for dialogue. The fact that my video is being kept/played/discussed by strangers makes me feel uncomfortable and objectified. I feel like I'm in a confession room on a reality TV show. Is this even legal? How is this different than asking to include a photo with a resume?

Crashes a lot

This app is great when it works but it constantly crashes in iOS. When it doesn't crash, the sound doesn't work. Please fix!

User-Friendly and Efficient!

This was my first experience using Spark Hire for a one-way video interview. The process was extremely user friendly! The "how-to" videos that accompanied the original e-mail were extremely helpful in preparing for the interview process. I felt comfortable using the app or iOS and submitting my responses. I encountered two minor technical difficulties, but these did not interfere with the quality of the interview. When I reached out for support, the issues were addressed by the Spark Hire team the same day! Overall, it was a very positive experience!

Launch Services
