Not intuitive. Can’t figure out how to pair with Alexa
Overall it’s pretty junky. It could be so much better. It took 2 hours to set up 2 shades. I can’t get Alexa to pair. Where I the menu anyways with this app? Unfortunate this is so clunky.

User Friendly
I just received my smart hub and shades and was able to program my shades myself using their “Smart Shades User Guide” that I found on their website. I forked the instructions and everything went smoothly for my first five shades! I can’t wait to update another space and use this technology! I haven’t hooked up the voice control feature with my Alexa but Siri on my phone was really easy! Plus the app is beautiful! I love that I can add a photo of my room!

App doesn’t match video tutorials
Can’t even pair screens. Outdated video on website don’t match current app version adding to frustration. Hopefully an update will be coming soon.

Poor Design
Unintuitive. Poor design. Menus are not clear and don’t always function. Why does the app want my location? I’m a software developer, so this isn’t an issue of “I don’t understand software or I can’t make technology works.”
This is a poor product and not ready for prime time.
Recommend to redesign and focus on giving other apps access to your blinds. Love the blinds, like the remote control, hate the bridge and app.

Core Location Framework
