I saw a promotional article about the routes Skedaddle is offering. This app seems to be a fresh and exciting idea. I booked one of the promotional trip. However, ever since two weeks ago, I cannot open the app. Even though I deleted and reinstalled many times, it didn't work.

Used the app to book a trip to DC. The app made booking super simple and easy. I had a great ride, seamless from start to finish.

Had an awesome and flawless experience from app to getting to the women's march!

Upside: Skeddadle does make it easy to coordinate a bus for a group. As a women's marcher, I appreciated the opportunity and convenience the app provided. Downside: do NOT expect your route/experience to go smoothly. Skeddadle contracts with third party bus companies, so there seem to be some serious communication issues. Bus drivers don't always seem to know where they are going, or how to navigate an unfamiliar city. Bus drivers may not be as professional or courteous as you would expect. On my recent trip we went way out of our way to stop at the (third party) bus company headquarters to change drivers. This was NOT communicated to us, Skeddadle may not have even realized this was happening? It added well over an hour to our trip because the driver sat around talking to friends despite our friendly requests to get back on the road. Despite paying more than you would for a Megabus or other commercial bus option, our Skeddadle bus did not provide any additional amenities (no bathroom on our bus, for example), did not operate on a schedule, treated us like we were lucky to be on the bus (though we effectively chartered it), and did not show the professionalism one looks for in customer service oriented companies! Even the actual Skeddadle personnel on the ground in DC helping people find their buses after the march were not particularly helpful- they had no record of our route, or any idea where our bus was parked. For the amount we paid, we we all felt we experienced a lot of frustrations and hassle.

I downloaded this app and tried to use it but after answering the first question about where I wanted to go, the screen froze. Couldn't advance any further. Had to uninstall. Would be nice to try it but can't get it work.
