Totally Useless

Do not waste your time! Gave up after 20mins. Search function flawed when you type in suburb like South Brisbane no carparks come up. Had to manually select. Then finally get to registration and payment (no PayPal option) ... Hangs. Does not go through. Gave up. Will find any other carpark that is not Secure just for frustration caused!

Terrible

This is one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. Aside from never remembering my password, it doesn't seem to work consistently and I've only ever successfully made a booking with it once. Unfortunately their website isn't much better.

Unusable

What an embarrassingly useless product. Inconsistently works, most times fails at payment stage which prevents booking from being made. Multiple attempts, only 1 success of at least 5. Same as their mobile website. Would use often if it was, well, useable and could be relied on.

I wish I could give 0 stars

I don't know where to begin with how bad this app is. I spent the 30min drive o the parking lot (as the passenger) trying to secure a parking space, but the app's user experience is so bad and glitchy that I ended up having to call customer service - which was the only thing that kept me from throwing my phone out the car window. Why does this app still exist?
