Description:

Schiavello iAudit allows you to complete Defects & Dilapidations inspections on construction sites by using pre-loaded building plans and jobsite information.
You can capture, assign and track defects and other issues in real time on your mobile device in both online and offline mode.
Assigned Sub-Contractors are auto-notified by email with access to update the Status of the defect enabled via their mobile device.

• Supports inspection works at remote sites without network connectivity; enables auditors to enter data on-the-go from the convenience of tablets and mobile devices
• Takes pictures of Defects or Dilapidations raised as part of your inspection or audit procedures
• Easy to use and track your audit records via pin locations on pre-loaded Building plans
• Resolution urgency uses a date logic that automatically emails the Contractor responsible for resolving the Defect.
• Ability to sync Audits to our web portal for PDF Report Feature.

How to use Schiavello iAudit:
---------------------

• Before you download the Schiavello iAudit App, it will be required that you have obtained your username and password login details from the Schiavello Construction Team.
• Once logged in, you will get access to all Jobs assigned to you as a Contractor or an Auditor.
• As an Auditor, you will be able to use this app in both offline and online mode on your mobile device to record all Defects or Dilapidation items you find during your inspection process as an Auditor.
• Once you have completed your audit, you can sync the Inspection data back to the server in order to create a PDF Report via our web portal at iaudit.schiavello.com
• As a Contractor, you will be able to use this app in both offline and online mode on your mobile device to update the Status of the Defect record assigned to you once the issue has been rectified.
