SUBMITTING FUEL RECEIPTS MADE SIMPLE
Now, when traveling between states or provinces, just snap a picture of your fuel receipt from any non-Ryder fueling station, add a few key details in FuelReceipt, and submit it in seconds to Ryder. From there, we’ll take care of the rest of the required fuel tax reporting, even storing your fuel history for up to four years.

WHEN ARE FUEL RECEIPTS REQUIRED?
Vehicles travelling outside of their domicile state/province (on permit or license) are REQUIRED to submit fuel reciepts if they have:
• Two axles and a gross vehicle weight (GVW) exceeding 26,000 lbs. Note: Some states/provinces have additional requirements.
• Three axles, regardless of weight

Convenient but needs work

This app is convenient for drivers on the road however there's tons of bugs and suggestions. When an error pops up it should give an error code or a link to submit the error. If there's an error it collects the data anyway but doesn't tell you so instead you continue to submit thinking it never went through the first time. I've now submitted the same receipt 9 times not knowing it went through the first time. You should be able to delete multiple submissions as well. Again 9 submittals of the same receipt. When you sign in you should be able to choose the company you work for then, not have to pick it every time you submit. There should be an option to choose if the transaction is for diesel fuel, DEF or reefer fuel. There should be multiple transaction lines for each ticket instead of having to make multiple submittals for one receipt. It's also very slow in general
