In 2008, Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers (RAGC) was established as a Rustomjee Group CSR initiative and a part of the Rustomjee Knowledge City Private Limited. Started as an effort to fulfil the requirement of the industry and to make the student ñINDUSTRY READYî, RAGC is a provider of vocational education and training with an objective to make ñIndia the capital of skilled manpowerî by enlightening, empowering, and engaging the underprivileged youths with vocational skills and employment opportunities. RAGC aims to have a niche focus on producing the best grey collar workers-having finished their SSC and taken up the vocational training-who will act as the via media between the white collared management that prepares the blueprint of the path to be taken and the blue collared workers who actually get their noses to the grindstone.
