Downloads Slow
The reading experience is decent and you can read issues online, but I want them offline to read on the plane. Downloading the March 2012 issue took over two hours. It took that long not because of a slow Internet connection, but because it stopped downloading every time the iPad went to sleep or I moved to another app. I finally had to set the iPad aside and keep idly tapping it every now and then while doing something else to prevent it from sleeping in order to get it downloaded.
The app reading experience, however, is significantly better than the browser based version (which is also plagued by slow PDF downloads but for different reasons).

While this is a great magazine...
and I love the fact that it provides free content on the iPad, the app has not been working properly for months now. Upon opening, it will stick on the main page and eventually crash. Multiple resets and iOS updates have not resolved the problem. The app was great when it was working...

Unstable application
Everytime I try to use the application it crashes, like once every minute or so... I had downloaded all the issues thinking that it will be faster, but no help... Too bad, the application was a good idea, just badly built.
