Disappointed

When this app works, it’s great. The problem is that it takes MANY hours for information to be available, IF it is available. More than half the time, the app doesn’t work at all. I have to quit the app before even trying to use it each day. The whole enterprise lacks basic functionality and the latest “update” has only made it worse.

Helpful Overall

The app is useful for assessing how effective your use of the C-pap machine is and where the problems are so you can make the necessary adjustments. For my particular situation however, it would also be useful to pull up real-time data from the machine to my phone. My disabled son uses the cpap and I’m the one monitoring it. Currently I have to set my alarm to check on him a couple times per night to check to see if the mask is still on his face or did he pull the tubing off the mask or machine. I would like to be able to look at the app to see if there is a massive air leak or poor mask seal without having to leave my room.

Frustrating and Unstable

Server not responding

I live in town and there’s great cell signal. Everytime I open the app to check my score from the previous night 9 times out of 10 it comes up with the message “server not responding…”. I have to go to the previous night and then it will open last night’s. I already know it has to be over 90 minutes past shutting off the machine for the score to generate but response from the server never comes right up to check last nights score.

I like this app

I like seeing my score, especially the number of events, it’s very encouraging continue using the device. I get 1 bar, yet have no issues getting the data. I’m glad you do t use WiFi. Perhaps the person with the negative response does not understand how the app works.

Give me more details

I wish it showed a more complete breakdown of my information. Seems you tried to make it pretty versus easy to read complete data. Why does the doctor get more info than me? Not much of s fan here at all. Barely worth using.
