Unreliable and intermittent

I have recently opened a savings account with RAMS, so I downloaded the app for my phone. The first 2/3 times it worked fine. It's a very basic app, compared to many other banking apps. Now I am not able to view my account at all. It logs me in and doesn't do much more than that, I am so disappointed. Please fix this soon.

Potential!

This app currently stands as a bit of a potato. It functions well for what most need it to do, but it's not optimised for the larger iPhone screens (which are about to get even bigger). And the UI elements are a bit dated, and don't fit in with the current iOS design. But RAMS itself is a reliable financial institution, so this review is of the app itself, rather than the company.

Still doesn't work properly

Please stop wasting everybody's time with this dysfunctional app. Things that still don't work: - can't login using pin only (fails to display keypad, at least when using ipad air 2. Works ok on my old ipad 3). This fault has previously been reported by other users. - fingerprint login doesn't work either. - linking to other accounts has never worked. The most amateurish app ever from a bank. Please fix these basic issues or delete from app store.

PIN login not working

Have created a PIN for preferred login, but numerical keypad does not appear to enter the four digits. Only four dash marks appear at log in. Could not find correct place to log error, so writing this review.

Transfer to linked accounts not working

This used to be a great app, but now I can't even transfer between my own accounts on iPad. Please fix this.
