VIP not worth it

Ap is ok, I guess, but don’t expect the gas savings to make paying for the access worth it. Gas prices at RaceTrac average 10 cents higher per gallon, so no savings there. Some good coupons if you frequent RaceTrac and buy there anyway. Otherwise, don’t waste your money.

Amazing App for regular customers

Not sure where all the hate comes from for this app. It has a few minor issues, but all and all, it does a great job if you are a regular RaceTrac customer. The coupons are particularly good!

Very Frustrating

You guys seriously need to go back to the drawing board with this app. It works great when you first get it and then all of a sudden you start spending a lot of money and getting all these free rewards and then they don’t want to pay out. The app all the sudden crashes and the employee do not ring it up properly. Love going to racetrac, but it is so frustrating I may not come back. I’m getting real tired of this app not working properly when I have free stuff and you don’t want to give it to me. Talk about being stingy.

Useless app because...

The app renders itself completely useless due to the fact that it keeps signing me out, so I can never use it at the point of sale. Got a coupon you wish to scan? Too bad because you won’t be able to sign in and pull it up quickly enough to use.

Constantly have to log back in!!!

They have the best coffee in town, so I love going there to get my coffee, large pretzel and other items ... however, I have to constantly log in to this app!!!😡 While that may not seem like a big deal, remember you have just stood in line - you get to the counter and tap the app to get points or use coupons and ... it asks you to log back in??? And there are people behind you waiting!!! Invariably, you end up not using the app then ... so what is the point of having the app??? Needs some work to fix that (should only have to sign in once)! They still have the best coffee in town!!!

Good app would like to see improvements

Its a good app overall. One small thing that I would love for devs to add is the ability to use receipts and input them into the app for points based on purchase total. Chickfila does this with their app and its great because sometimes I forget about the app for checkout.
