BOOKING IS NOT GUARANTEED

After driving 4 hrs to NY I arrived at the garage saying that they are at full capacity and could not take my vehicle. What's the point of making a reservation if they're not accepting anymore cars?! Waste of time and money! This app is not trustworthy.

The app never works accordingly

Every time I try and pay my parking it says the payment failed. Very annoying the I have to go down and get change for the parking meter.

Garbage App (Scam)

I pre-paid for parking using this app. Upon arriving, and following all provided instructions, the ticket wasn’t recognized when scanning. So I still had to pay to park in the garage when I arrived. This app is a joke and I will be deleting. Don’t waste your time with it unless you just enjoy getting ripped off.
