Für Osram absolut enttäuschend

Wir nutzen das System jetzt seit ca. 1/2 Jahr. Im Einsatz haben wir die Steckdose, eine Birne und ein Lightstrip. Positiv + alle Leuchten haben ein sehr angenehmes Licht + Timer über die App + über Internet auch aus der Ferne zu steuern Negativ - alle Leuchten verlieren die Verbindung und App muss komplett neu installiert und alle Geräte neu angelernt werden - anlernen der Geräte manchmal nicht möglich. Wir mussten sogar Geräte umtauschen weil ein anlernen nicht möglich war. Die Geräte wurden nicht gefunden - Verbindung über Internet funktioniert nur mit viel Glück Wir überlegen auf ein alternatives System zu wechseln weil das System mehr nervt als hilft. Liebes Osram Team bitte verbessert Euer System. Die Kunden werden es Euch danken. Ansonsten überholt Euch Philips und Co.

Unterstütz leider keine Apple Watch - sonst toll

Das System per se ist super zuverlässig und wird ständig um neue, Clevere Ideen erweitert. Diese lassen sich in der intuitiven App sehr gut bedienen. Warum gerade so eine App nicht per wearable unterstützt wird, leuchtet mir nicht ein. Handy auspacken um die Funksteckdose daheim anzusteuern wirkt unbeholfen. Ich würde mir wünschen, das klappt ebenso leicht über meine Apple Watch. Den fünften Stern bekommt ihr dann sicher 😉

Quartz Core Framework
