DISCLAIMER: While we are busily working to convert all existing customers to the new NextAlarm, this app is only compatible with new system users. If you have a Broadband Adapter that’s older than ABN4A and are not using the new UI, this app will not work until you have been migrated to the new operating system. Also, you must have your equipment type selected in your online account to be able to use the new app.

NextAlarm offers discounted alarm monitoring services for existing alarm systems. These services are enabled by setting up a simple, Do-It-Yourself adapter that connects to the existing alarm system and the customer’s High Speed Internet adapter. This app allows NextAlarm Subscribers to view their alarm event history and be able to remotely Arm/Disarm their alarm systems (compatible alarm system required). 1970s technology

Only converts telephone line info from the vista panel and charges you $9/month. Other systems use the communication port.. The app needs a better login.. Very 2001

Useless horrible app

No option to stay logged in and cannot arm/disarm security system using PIN. That is all this app does and it can't even do that! No support from company after poor reviews. Discontinuing paid service once prepayment is used up. ADT here I come.

Big time fail

I'm a huge fan of NextAlarm - but their app stinks. Need to be able to save the pw or use touchid. Shows armed away - when the system is armed stay. Arming/disarming the system via the app does NOT work. No user name shown for who armed / disarmed in history. The last app was so much better - this one looks much more modern but does not work so it's useless.

Support Touch ID

As others have stated, the login process needs improvements. I'd suggest you allow the login password to be optional (i.e. saved) and add support for Touch ID for both login and in place of the PIN for arming/disarming. That would elevate this to a 5-star app for me.
