App works but basic flaw exists

App works and was incredibly useful during the initial days of circuit breaker when we were afraid to go out and buy groceries. However, one annoying flaw is whenever I receive notifications of a promo, such as the “free JBL speakers with purchase of participating products”, after I click the notification and it opens the app, it either shows me a different promo or it doesn’t show anything at all and just brings me to the main page of the app. I want to find the promo manually also cannot, not sure if done purposefully to get users to get on the app to browse and induce purchases.

Remove service fee.

Service fee was applied during circuit breaker. It shld be removed nope. Alrdy high min order for free delivery, with service fee it is no longer attractive to shop ntuc online. 👎🏻

Some issue with delivery slot - it always show not available

My neighbour can get delivery slot but I am not able to get one . I asked my neighbour to order for me and he was able to get the slot . Some bug in app or something due to which I am not getting option to check out as well as no delivery slot

Worse Online Experience

In both Web and app, almost everything is out of stock. Just search ‘ice-cream’, ‘ sunflower oil’ , ‘ coffee’ etc and look at the number of stocked items. Suggest budgeting towards better customer experience instead of marketing with those tv adverts
