SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

Within the app, you will be able to purchase one of the following subscriptions:

• Six months ($54.99)

*Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel a subscription during the free trial, automatic renewal must be turned off at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions may be managed by the user by going to the user's Account Settings.

HOW TO UPDATE

• Go to iTunes or the App Store to download the new version
• Open the app
• If you're an existing subscriber, tap on restore subscription
• You will be asked to log in to iTunes. This merely confirms that your subscription is valid. After that, you’re done!

HOW TO AUTO-DOWNLOAD ISSUES

To receive the "Tablet Edition" automatically each morning, you will need to turn on “Background App Refresh” and “Notifications” if they are not on already:

• In Settings, find NYPost in the left pane and tap on it
• Make sure the “Background App Refresh” is toggled “On”
• Tap on “Notifications.” Make sure “Allow Notifications” is toggled to “On”

Note: Print Editions need to be downloaded manually.

When App downloads , it's great . The problem is , it doesn't always download . It's a money saver at $10.00 a month , but when it doesn't download , it's a waste of money , so pay by the month . Think am done and going back to the newsstand

Auto-renews after canceling

I canceled online at least a week ago as soon as they sent me a "We will be running soon" e-mail because I'm sick of reading all about the presidential campaign and the quality of the paper has gotten worse. They auto-renewed anyway for an entire year at $99.99. So now I have to call and complain because they can't be bothered to write an app that works.

Incompetent upgrades, cancelling subscription

I have subscribed to the NYP on the iPad for years. Every update fixes the app for some and breaks it anew for others. Either test these updates or stop doing them. I havent been able to use the app for a week since the last idiot update - not OK for an app that is $10 per month. Cancelled.

Star Snap Locks up

Found a Bug in your Star Snap section of Page Six . I enjoy looking at the photo's but most of the time , I only can view the first 2/3 's and my screen lots and I get kick out if the post . Today it was screen froze at number 11 of 16 I have an Apple Tablet .
