Worst quality in 2017 now,not recommended

I've been using nature's basket since 2016 but now it's lost quality now. Customer representatives are fine to speak with but senior level management such as team leader is utterly disappointing now who acts bots fixed with apologising statements but they don't mean rectifying their issues at all, henceforth. Being old customer, I faced issue with delivery after he made snarky comments on my purchase of the vegetables which off course came out of now where nor he has right to speak about it either too since they are only meant to delivery. The delivery person has started invade privacy about customers which leads to suspicious now. I only want to make aware to other customers such as family or any person be careful of Natures's basket delivery people maintain facade in order to obtain your private details as a customer. Even if you make a complaint, it's no of use as team leader misbehaves & will act as a bot with a recorded sorry message which leads to frustration. I suggest to any customer, kindly do not jeopardise your privacy with facade delivery people.I suggest to any customer who's facing this issue to move on instead with another online retailer instead. Lastly, quality of vegetables which was delivered to me was a awful quality as well. Please be cautious about delivery person from nature's basket if you are especially a regular customer. Henceforth, I've filed a complaint but they yet to respond as it's been more than a week too, still awaiting for their proper response on this matter.

A lifesaver when I need produce fast

This app has been easy to use and reliable, it's great to be able to get fresh produce delivered on less than 24 hours notice.

The app is confusing and the products are subpar

If you want to search for blueberries, the pictures make the product seem like fresh blueberries. However, upon some research you will find out that they are dried blueberries. Many exotic world products do not have enough description for me to understand what I'm getting. The app itself is fine. The address options are pre populated and are not editable which is annoying for some. For India, where the UI UX of most websites are atrocious, this app is one of the better designed ones. I'm sure the catalogue itself will eventually be improved. However, the delivery service they use is atrocious at best. The leafy vegetables are not delivered in a refrigerated vehicle. I never buy celery, broccoli etc. because the people who pick them for packing are terrible at it.

Very Convenient and prompt

Convenience is this sites greatest strength since they allow you to schedule the delivery on a day and time of your choosing. The next best thing is the delivery is prompt and staff is polite.

Long way to go

Glad that an app has been created for a very bad website of a good grocery store. But it's hardly user friendly. Search is not easy at all. For example, searching for ham shows various pages of hampers before chicken ham turns up! You really have to know the whole name of the product to be able to get to the right product. It is disappointing but one lives in hope.
