HIGHWAY ROBBERY
They overvalued my items to over a thousand where I only spent less than $200 on Nordstrom Rack. I wasted $150 for them and on top of that FEDEX charged me another $150 for tax and duties.
I’m warning you folks, DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS with this SCAMMER! I should make a formal complaint to BBB soon.

Bad Business
App crashes a lot and loaded with spam and adds that notify you all night. The service is expensive, your stuff arrives slow and damaged and they charge an arm and a leg more than other reshipping companies. I am still disputing several fraudulent charges and the customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful. I recommend avoiding this company

App is appallingly bad
I love the MYUS service , have used it for a very long time BUT .... This iOS app is beyond bad , it is extremely difficult to use and locks up frequently. The user interface is very poorly designed and in addition I also have these main issues : 1) it does not honor accessibility settings showing a complete disregard for people who depend on these 2) it collects lots of personally identifiable information from the phone itself , none of which it needs. Just have a look at their privacy disclosure ( visible when you scroll down the apps description page : it clearly states “The following data may be collected and linked to your identity : Location, User content, usage data, contact info , identifiers “. If they bother to respond watch out for a tricky legalese denial !!
