The iWF App provides technicians with service agility through real-time access to business-critical service information in both connected and disconnected modes. Using the iWF App, technicians can access equipment service history, volume information and toner levels. Integrated GPS tracking capability enables technicians to handle critical service calls with ease by locating the nearest required resource in real-time and displaying customer and resource locations in relation to open service calls. iWF quickly and accurately captures equipment serial numbers and part numbers by means of camera barcode scanning optimized to minimize energy consumption.

100% Absolutely Awful

This app is bad. It should feel bad. If you hate your life, or your technicians, then feel free to download MWA for iOS! Experience the crashing, the fact it was designed for 3-years and older iOS devices, the lack of updates for 2 years... Watch as the product support just withers away and dies. This is the worlds best app. Download it. It will make you want to sling your phone against the wall in joy.

Was a great app

Was great until the last update. Seems things aren't tested before they are put out to the public. They are aware of the issues it's causing but sure is taking a long time to get it fixed. Shame that so many use it, but now have to use a workaround until the problem is solved. Expected more from such a company...

BASIC AS IT GETS

1. Must log out and log back in to sync new calls 2. No Icon notification that a new call is available as with most good apps a number notification pops up on the screen Icon to let you know there's a new message, call or mail. 3. Parts when accepted don't flow to service call they were ordered for. should be an auto log into the call or a screen to select a part you've accepts as delivered.

Runs like it looks...like crap!

Version 70 brings us the same problems (crashing, locking up, loss of connection, infinite loop buttons etc) as the past 69 versions plus a new UGLY interface. Waiting for more (fake) 5 star reviews from the developers.
