-Forward responses by email to colleagues

Worst app ever, terrible support

Can't get through one shift of work without app kicking you off. Must get on company computer and network to get new access code. Same thing happened last year and thought they corrected it. Now says access code is invalid. Would be a useful app, but is the most useless app you could have on your device since you can never use it. Contacted support twice and they couldn't care less, will contact my company next to tell them find another developer to use.

Broken fingerprint scan severely hampers usage

Jan 2017 update - fingerprint login has been added and the overall functionality has been improved. Unfortunately the app reports "Something has gone wrong..." and then resets. This happens nearly every time & forces you to log in all over again. Lame. Original: The lack of a fingerprint scanner when combined with the strong security that most companies will put in front of this data results in a very onerous login process. It is to the point where it is not worth using the app. Better to find a computer and access it through your browser. Hopefully the app is updated sometime in the near future to be on par with other applications

"Oops something went wrong"

When the app actually works it's great, however I constantly get the "oops something went wrong" alert and have to sign back in using my access code. And in order to do that I have to reset it from my desktop. And lately the up or down arrows to go through surveys don't work forcing me to constantly go back to the feedback page and when the arrows do work it sometimes takes up to a minute for the app to switch to the next survey. That's a long time when you're reading through multiple surveys day.

Effective, Easy to Use!

I absolutely love this app - I use it on a day to day basis to track Guest experience and it offers a great system to communicate with Guests and ensure that our follow up process is both personable and effective.

Core Graphics

Core Location Framework
