Subscriptions are billed as follows: 1 month for £29.99, 3 months for £59.99. and 6 months for £59.99 and are automatically renewed for successive periods of the same duration and the same price as the original subscription chosen within 24-hours prior to its end. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. If a purchase of a subscription is made during a free trial, the free trial will be forfeited when the purchase is made. You must switch off the automatic renewal of your Match iPhone/iPad subscription no later than 24 hours before your next subscription is due via your iTunes account settings page. To manage your subscription, simply click on the Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, tap Subscriptions. From here, you can select your Match subscription and view your scheduled renewal date, choose a different subscription package or toggle the on-off switch to off to disable the automatic-renewal of your subscription. Avoid like the plague!

Overpriced, constant errors and log outs, poor customer service. Be careful of their small print and don't believe that one month means one month because in their eyes one month means a continuous contract!!!

Buggy Annoying App

The app has a glitch with profile updates moving text from section to another. So I had job description moved into Dream Holidays. Also have issue where people end up in My Favourites and I didn’t put them in there. Also reporting an error via email button (for faults I mentioned) just ends up with a spinning disc and a greyed out screen. Sort this out please Match!

Awful

I've no problem with Match. I've met people through them previously a few years ago. Now I'm single again I thought I'd give them another try by downloading the app. Bloody thing crashes every few minutes making it virtually impossible to do anything! Absolutely hopeless app, hopefully the website is better

Terrible app. Has crashed every time I have logged in since joining. Only able to use the desktop to log-in and view profiles. Very very disappointing and irritating and spending so much time writing a profile...you'd be way better off on Guardian Soumates or Bumble. I assure you

Can’t log in

You can’t log in even if login details r correct, can get on web page fine. The app says incorrect try again!!
