Lousy idea to change... loyal customers cheated

I was a loyal customer of Loblaws and Shoppers. The points programmes were great. Now, with the conversion to Optimum Points, the points issued by Shoppers have decreased in value and the loyalty points issued by Loblaws for regular purchases have disappeared. I generally received 20-25 offers each week for items I purchased regularly... now, I get less than 10 offers weekly for items I am not interested in. Why are my historical purchases not being offered? Shame on you Loblaws, instead of a loyalty club, you've turned this into a marketing fiasco! What is the use in shopping at Loblaws if you are not rewarded for your loyalty?

Is it worth it?

They think if they pad with more advertising we won't notice it's getting thinner and thinner with offers. This week I got about 5 screens of ads and 4 whole offers... Is it even worth checking at this point?

Missing Points inquiry

Points is showing in the receipt but didnt go through in the app. When i did a missing points inquiry they sent me an email saying my purchase is not on the date range of offer. Funny funny. They change the date just to get away with it. Didnt even bother to ask for the receipt for reference. Poor App and poor costumer service.

Constant errors

I’ve spend almost $300.00 in groceries and didn’t get any points because there was an error. I couldn’t even add my card because there was an error, I can’t even see the flyer or the offers because there is an error so what’s the point on having a card if I’m not getting the points for what I spend? It was bad enough that you were stealing customers points and adding them to the points card left at each cash register. Fix your errors!!
